EC3 8.6 Update

This update is for

1. single users (where EC3 is installed on one computer only)
2. network servers
3. terminal servers

This update will install the new EC3 program file, Help file, Read Me files and Reports.

EC3 8.6 New Client Installation

This is for

1. new EC3 network client machines

This setup choice will install system files only, allowing the client machine to run EC3 from the network location.
