Many agencies, schools, universities and school districts request use of the Motivation Assessment Scale for various purposes. Use of the MAS is permitted as follows:

A user may purchase 25 Motivation Assessment Scale protocols, an 'Administration Guide', or both (see Ordering).

The Motivation Assessment Scale is a copyrighted work and is, therefore, protected by United States law and international agreements. Unauthorized duplication of the Motivation Assessment Scale is strictly prohibited and punishable by fine and/or imprisonment.
