Greg Monaco, Ph.D.
President

Greg Monaco is the founder and president of the board of directors of Monaco & Associates Incorporated.

 

He is currently leading the efforts of Research Advisors Group, a subsidiary of M&A that specializes in training and development services for universities, colleges, and non-profit organizations.

Jeanne Tomiser, M.S.
Vice President

From 1998 to 2018, Jeanne was the director of the Psychology Department of Kansas Neurological Institute in Topeka, Kansas, and a part-time facilitator for the Kansas Institute for Positive Behavior Support, providing behavioral support to children living in the community. She has held previous positions as the director of service coordination for Monaco & Associates, as a qualified mental retardation professional and as a staff psychologist for Kansas Neurological Institute, and as a research assistant at the University of Kansas. Currently retired, she remains vice president of Monaco & Associates.

 

Jeanne holds a BS in psychology from the University of Missouri in St. Louis and an MS in experimental psychology from Kansas State University.

 

Jeanne is married to Greg Monaco. They have two children, Eliot and Elise. Jeanne is a part-time event and portrait photographer.

Dave Skinner, M.L.S.
Director

Dave joined Monaco & Associates as director in October 2011. He has worked in various capacities with people who experience intellectual disabilities for over 40 years, 33 of those at Kansas Neurological Institute (KNI), where he retired from his position as director of training and development and a member of the KNI management team. Dave also has experience consulting with a variety of community support agencies in the areas of staff training, behavior support, leadership, and organizational development.

 

Dave received a BA in psychology and a master of liberal studies degree from Washburn University.

 

Dave enjoys hunting, fishing, canoeing, attending concerts, cooking, and being grandpa to three beautiful granddaughters.

Service Coordinators

Bobbie Baker.jpg

Service Coordinator

Bobbie joined Monaco & Associates in July 2022. She has 30 years of experience working in the healthcare industry. Bobbie’s experience includes acute care in a hospital setting, and behavioral and mental health including youth to geriatrics. She has served as a CASA and 11 years at an IDD/DD facility. Bobbie has worked as a direct service provider and a medical records coordinator and then went into administration. She also served as a non-emergency medical transportation coordinator.

 

Bobbie has three adult sons, one granddaughter, and one grandson. She likes sewing, gardening, and spending time with her family. Also, collecting stray cats (their idea, not mine!).

Susan Brotherton
Service Coordinator

Susan joined Monaco & Associates in July 2022. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in secondary education in the Philippines. She has worked as a direct support professional for over six years for those with intellectual disabilities.

 

Susan’s hobbies are fashion designing, photography, videography, drawing, canvas painting, traveling, webpage designing, and web content writing.

Vicky Miller
Service Coordinator

Vicky joined Monaco & Associates in June 2022. She has 43 years of experience with people who have developmental disabilities serving Washington County. Vicky is looking forward to serving individuals though Monaco & Associates. She grew up in Washington, Kansas.

For the last 18 years, Vicky has resided on acreage north of Morrowville, KS, where she helps her husband with operating a cattle herd and is also in crop production. Vicky is active with her son who runs a hunting guide service and operates a hunting lodge during the seasonal hunts.

Vicky and her husband share 8 children and have 22 grandchildren. Her hobbies are watching her grandchildren’s activities, reading, gardening, quilting, and golf. Recently Vicky and her husband watched their first PGA major championship in Tulsa, OK.

Marvin Branch
Service Coordinator

Marvin joined Monaco in 2000. As the senior member of the service coordination team, he has witnessed many changes in service delivery. Marvin attended the University of Kansas, where he played varsity basketball.

 

Marvin has a daughter and a son who also enjoy hoops. He is very active with his children and coaches his daughter's basketball team, as well as his son's baseball, basketball, and football teams. Marvin enjoys fishing, hunting, going to sporting events, and working with his dogs.

Sharon Kimbrough
Service Coordinator

Sharon joined Monaco & Associates in January 2020. She has over 30 years’ experience working with individuals who need assistance.


Sharon worked at KNI for 16 years. 
She also worked for 10 years at Individual Support Systems. There she was a program manager of over 60 individuals needing assistance at different levels.


Sharon has three adult children - two daughters and one son. She has three grandchildren as well. Sharon loves watching sports. Some of her favorites are football, basketball, tennis, auto racing, and golf. Sharon is a die-hard Jayhawk fan.

Venson Valenciano
Service Coordinator

Venson joined Monaco in August 2019. Venson graduated cum laude from Adamson University in Manila, earning a BA with a major in philosophy and a minor in psychology in 1992. He continued his graduate studies at Loyola House of Studies, a Jesuit institution of learning in Quezon City, Philippines. Venson earned his master's degree in pastoral theology (religious studies) in 1996. He came to the United States in 2007 as an exchange student under the Association of Clinical Pastoral Education.

 

Venson received his hospital regency and training as a professional hospital chaplain in William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. He continued his chaplaincy work in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

 

Venson moved to Topeka, Kansas, in 2014 as pastor-in-charge of St. Augustine Anglican Church. Venson also worked for more than two years as a direct support professional.

Theresa Bridges
Service Coordinator

Theresa joined Monaco & Associates in June 2022. She has worked in the special needs field for many years. Some of her experiences have included working in the Topeka schools.

Theresa also has a master’s degree in music. Her hobbies include swimming, piano, singing, and fitness.

Edith McCall
Service Coordinator

Edith joined Monaco in May 2018. Edith was born in Cebu, Philippines. She graduated from the University of Mindanao where she received her bachelor’s degree in secondary education. She has five years of experience in management in different health care services for those with disabilities.

 

Her hobbies are fishing, gardening, traveling, and watching KU basketball games. Edith loves spending time with her husband and daughter.
