Greg Monaco - President
Greg is the founder and president of the board of directors of Monaco & Associates Incorporated.
He is currently leading the efforts of Research Advisors Group, a subsidiary of M&A that specializes in training and development services for universities, colleges, and non-profit organizations.
Greg is Research Associate Professor Emeritus of Psychological Sciences at Kansas State University.
Jeanne Tomiser - Vice President
From 1998 to 2018, Jeanne Tomiser, M.S., was the director of the Psychology Department of Kansas Neurological Institute in Topeka, Kansas, and a part-time facilitator for the Kansas Institute for Positive Behavior Support, providing behavioral support to children living in the community. She has held previous positions as the director of service coordination for Monaco & Associates, as a qualified mental retardation professional and as a staff psychologist for Kansas Neurological Institute, and as a research assistant at the University of Kansas. Currently retired, she remains vice president of Monaco & Associates.
Jeanne holds a BS in psychology from the University of Missouri in St. Louis and an MS in experimental psychology from Kansas State University.
Jeanne is married to Greg Monaco. They have two children, Eliot and Elise. Jeanne is a part-time event and portrait photographer.
Dave Skinner - Director
M.L.S, joined Monaco & Associates as director in October 2011. He has worked in various capacities with people who experience intellectual disabilities for over 40 years, 33 of those at Kansas Neurological Institute (KNI), where he retired from his position as director of training and development and a member of the KNI management team. Dave also has experience consulting with a variety of community support agencies in the areas of staff training, behavior support, leadership, and organizational development.
Dave received a BA in psychology and a master of liberal studies degree from Washburn University.
Dave enjoys hunting, fishing, canoeing, attending concerts, cooking, and being grandpa to three beautiful granddaughters.

Greg Ditch - Admin
Greg joined Monaco & Associates in November 2014. He worked at the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company for 25 years.
At Monaco & Associates, Greg works in administration. Some of his duties include billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, insurance, and payroll. He also performs a variety of confidential and complex administrative tasks associated with the business.
He was born and raised in Topeka, Kansas. He comes from a large family, 6 brothers and 4 sisters. He has four adult children of his own, two daughters and two sons. Coincidentally, he started at Monaco & Associates five years to the day after marrying his wife, Kathy.
He became a proud first-time grandpa in July 2016. He now has 2 grandsons and 1 granddaughter.
Greg’s hobbies include Putting on softball tournaments in Topeka for over 40 years. In newspaper interviews, he was referred to, and is commonly known as, “Mr. Softball”. His favorite teams include KC Royals, KC Chiefs and KU. He has dabbled in the stock market and enjoys studying the financial aspects of mutual funds and stocks.

Kristen Kientz - Director of Service Coordination
Kristen joined Monaco and Associates in April 2023. Kristen graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a bachelors in Elementary Education. She has experience working with children with disabilities, in the classroom setting as a teacher, and working in foster care. Kristen also worked at a group home for adults with disabilities.
Kristen was born in Minnesota, but moved to the Kansas City area as a baby where she grew up.
She currently lives in Lawrence, Kansas.
Kristen enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and attending Royals games. Her hobbies include reading, doing puzzles, watching Netflix, and spending time with her cat.

Rachel Yenni - HR Associate
Rachel joined Monaco & Associates in July 2024 as HR Associate.
She graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelors in Business Administration Marketing.
Rachel loves to spend time with friends and family, attending K-State football games, and baking.

Service Coordinators
Marvin joined Monaco in 2000. As the senior member of the service coordination team, he has witnessed many changes in service delivery. Marvin attended the University of Kansas, where he played varsity basketball.
Marvin has a daughter and a son who also enjoy hoops. He is very active with his children and coaches his daughter's basketball team, as well as his son's baseball, basketball, and football teams. Marvin enjoys fishing, hunting, going to sporting events, and working with his dogs.

Marvin Branch
Service Coordinator
Susan joined Monaco & Associates in July 2022. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in secondary education in the Philippines. She has worked as a direct support professional for over six years for those with intellectual disabilities.
Susan’s hobbies are fashion designing, photography, videography, drawing, canvas painting, traveling, webpage designing, and web content writing.

Susan Brotherton
Service Coordinator
Amber joined Monaco & Associates in October 2024. She is a mother to a 14-year-old daughter and a dog mom to Axel, a very active blue heeler/border collie mix. She has nearly 10 years of combined experience working as a Direct Support Professional in a group home for adults with disabilities. Additionally, she spent a year working with children with disabilities at a local school district. Currently, Amber is completing her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management.
In her spare time, she enjoys attending her daughter’s athletic events, hiking with her dog, and storm spotting.

Amber Ellis
Service Coordinator
Sharon joined Monaco & Associates in January 2020. She has over 30 years’ experience working with individuals who need assistance.
Sharon worked at KNI for 16 years.
She also worked for 10 years at Individual Support Systems. There she was a program manager of over 60 individuals needing assistance at different levels.
Sharon has three adult children - two daughters and one son. She has three grandchildren as well. Sharon loves watching sports. Some of her favorites are football, basketball, tennis, auto racing, and golf. Sharon is a die-hard Jayhawk fan.

Sharon Kimbrough

Lakayla joined Monaco & Associates in October of 2024. In 2017, she graduated from Coffeyville Community College with an associate’s degree in science. She moved to Topeka in 2020 and is currently attending Washburn University, pursuing a degree in Health Services Administration. She has worked with individuals with disabilities for three years as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and has 11 years of experience working with children. She has two children, one daughter and one Heavenly son. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and doing whatever makes her smile.

Bonnie Ritenour-Nelson joined Monaco & Associates in April 2024.
She was born in Vietnam and raised in the states as her father was in the Air Force for 22 years. She is an only child.
Bonnie graduated from Dodge Community College in 1997 with Honors. She graduated from Ottawa University in 2011 in Psychology with Honors.
She also graduated from Purdue University in 2015 in Criminal Justice with a minor in Corrections also with Honors.
Bonnie has been married for 27 years. She has no children, but has 5 dogs (Harley - black lab, Hitch - black lab, Ox - blue heeler, Bo - blue heeler, and Meg - red/blue heeler).
They live at Kanapolis Lake, Marquette, KS.
Her hobbies are gardening, fishing, spending time on her boat with her husband and dogs, and golfing with friends.

Bonnie Ritenour-Nelson

Megan joined Monaco & Associates in July 2024.
She received an A.A.S in Early Childhood Education in 2012. She has 9 years of experience working with children.
She also worked as a direct support professional in a residential home, doing day services, and as a job coach and developer.
Megan moved to Topeka, KS in 2020 from the upper peninsula of Michigan.
When she’s not spending time with her 4 daughters, she loves to be outside, watch documentaries, and cook.

Millicent Twumbarimah joined Monaco & Associates as a Case Manager in August 2024. Originally from Ghana, West Africa, she moved to the United States in 2013. Millicent has worked in the medical field for 11 years and has 7 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities. She spent 5 years at SLI and 2 years at Kansas Neurological Institute. Millicent holds a Diploma in Business Studies. She is a mother of three and enjoys reading, listening to music, and having fun with her kids.

Millicent Twumbarimah
Service Coordinator
Venson joined Monaco in August 2019. Venson graduated cum laude from Adamson University in Manila, earning a BA with a major in philosophy and a minor in psychology in 1992. He continued his graduate studies at Loyola House of Studies, a Jesuit institution of learning in Quezon City, Philippines. Venson earned his master's degree in pastoral theology (religious studies) in 1996. He came to the United States in 2007 as an exchange student under the Association of Clinical Pastoral Education.
Venson received his hospital regency and training as a professional hospital chaplain in William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. He continued his chaplaincy work in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Venson moved to Topeka, Kansas, in 2014 as pastor-in-charge of St. Augustine Anglican Church. Venson also worked for more than two years as a direct support professional.
