Greg Monaco is the founder and president of the board of directors of Monaco & Associates Incorporated.
He is currently leading efforts of Research Advisors Group (researchadvisors.org), a subsidiary of M&A, that specializes in training and development services for universities, colleges, and non-profit organizations.

Lead Service Coordinator
Tonya joined Monaco in June 2013. She moved here from Hays, Kansas, and is excited to be working as the Lead Targeted Case Manager.
Tonya has a B.S. in education from Fort Hays State University. She worked as a Service Coordinator for DSNWK for 7 years, and she worked with KDOT on the Transportation Committee. Tonya also knows American Sign Language.
She loves to spend time with her family, cooking, gardening, reading, just being outdoors, and doing anything that is creative and fun.

Anna joined Monaco in November 2016. She graduated from Emporia State University with a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies in 2015. Anna has worked in the mental health field with children with severe emotional disturbances and as summer staff with a children’s psychosocial group for four summers. She also has worked with adults with intellectual disabilities as an attendant care worker.
Anna enjoys reading, painting, listening to music, and gardening.

Geoffrey joined Monaco in May of 2019. He is currently working on his bachelor's degree in psychology at Washburn University. He eventually plans to pursue a Ph.D. in psychology. Geoffrey was featured on the dean's list with Washburn University in the fall of 2018 and the spring of 2019. He worked as a Direct Support Professional 1 with individuals with developmental disabilities for almost three years.
Geoffrey likes to spend his spare time outside walking, and camping. He also likes working on cars and spending time with his family.

Eliot joined Monaco & Associates in December 2018. His work involves web development, graphic design, and management of the online store. He has a Master of Arts in biological anthropology from Stony Brook University.

Jeanne Tomiser, M.S.
From 1998 to 2018, Jeanne was the Director of the Psychology Department of Kansas Neurological Institute in Topeka, Kansas, and a part-time Facilitator for the Kansas Institute for Positive Behavior Support, providing behavioral support to children living in the community. She has held previous positions as the Director of Service Coordination for Monaco & Associates, as a Qualified Mental Retardation Professional and as a Staff Psychologist for Kansas Neurological Institute, and as a Research Assistant at the University of Kansas. Currently retired, she remains Vice President of Monaco & Associates.
Jeanne holds degrees of Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of Missouri in St. Louis, and Master of Science in experimental psychology from Kansas State University.
Jeanne is married to Greg Monaco. They have two children, Eliot and Elise. Jeanne is a part-time event and portrait photographer.
Marvin joined Monaco in 2000. As the senior member of the service coordination team, he has witnessed many changes in service delivery. Marvin attended the University of Kansas, where he played varsity basketball.
Marvin has a daughter and a son who also enjoy hoops. He is very active with his children and coaches his daughter's basketball team, as well as his son's baseball, basketball, and football teams. Marvin enjoys fishing, hunting, going to sporting events, and working with his dogs.

Edith joined Monaco in May 2018. Edith was born in Cebu, Philippines. She graduated from the University of Mindanao where she received her bachelor’s degree in secondary education. She has five years of experience in management in different health care services for those with disabilities.
Her hobbies are fishing, gardening, traveling, and watching KU basketball games. Edith loves spending time with her husband and daughter.

Venson joined Monaco in August 2019. Venson graduated cum laude from Adamson University in Manila, earning a Bachelor of Arts with a major in philosophy and a minor in psychology in 1992. He continued his graduate studies at Loyola House of Studies, a Jesuit institution of learning in Quezon City, Philippines. Venson earned his master's degree in pastoral theology (religious studies) in 1996. He came to the United States in 2007 as an exchange student under the Association of Clinical Pastoral Education.
Venson received his hospital regency and training as a Professional Hospital Chaplain in William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. He continued his chaplaincy work in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Venson moved to Topeka, Kansas, in 2014 as Pastor-in-Charge of St. Augustine Anglican Church. Venson also worked for more than two years as a Direct Support Professional.

Assistant Director of Software Development and Support
Mike started with Monaco in May 2016. For a decade, Mike worked full-time counseling, tutoring, mentoring, and leading wayward youth at the youth center at Topeka while attending college part-time. Upon graduation from Washburn University with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology, Mike had many opportunities over the next couple of decades to be involved with projects converting business processes to a more electronic process for the state of Kansas, testing software, training employees, developing and maintaining software, and analyzing data.
Mike's past hobbies were hunting, fishing, and golfing. His current hobbies are centered on his family’s involvement in 4H: equestrian, beef, and rabbits. Mike hopes that after his daughters go off to college, he can get back to his favorite hobby of training a versatile hunting dog.

Dave Skinner, M.L.S.
Dave joined Monaco & Associates as Director in October 2011. He has worked in various capacities with people who experience intellectual disabilities for 41 years, 33 of those at Kansas Neurological Institute (KNI), where he retired from his position as Director of Training and Development and a member of the KNI Management Team. Dave also has experience consulting with a variety of community support agencies in the areas of staff training, behavior support, leadership, and organizational development.
Dave received a B.A. in psychology and a Master of Liberal Studies degree from Washburn University.
Dave enjoys hunting, fishing, canoeing, attending concerts, cooking, and being grandpa to three beautiful granddaughters.

Ashley joined Monaco in May of 2016. She has previous experience working with the elderly and developmentally disabled community as a caregiver. In more recent roles, Ashley worked for a financial company as a trainer and worked in the special education department at Washburn Rural High School. Ashley is working on her B.S.W. degree on her way to becoming a social worker.
Ashley loves to cook, read and go on vacation. Her favorite place to travel is Colorado where she was born and raised.

Kelsi joined Monaco in March 2019. She has previous experience working as a caregiver for the elderly and the disabled community for many years. Her most recent position was as a care coordinator for the elderly, in which she coordinated the medication program as well as care plans for many residents in Topeka, Kansas.
Kelsi recently received her operator's license to run and manage an assisted living community with up to 60 residents. Her future plan is to open a Home Plus assisted living facility for the disabled community.
Kelsi was born and raised in Topeka, Kansas. She loves to visit her grandparents in Colorado. In her free time, she loves to be outside doing various activities and spending time with her family.

Greg joined Monaco in November 2014. Previously, he worked at the Goodyear plant in Topeka, Kansas, for 25 years. Greg works in administration at Monaco & Associates. Some of his duties include billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, insurance, and payroll. He also performs a variety of confidential and complex administrative tasks associated with the business.
Greg was born and raised in Topeka, Kansas. He comes from a large family with six brothers and four sisters. He has four adult children of his own: two daughters and two sons. He became a proud grandpa for the first time in July 2016. Greg’s hobbies include putting on softball tournaments in Topeka for 39 years. In newspaper interviews, he was referred to, and is commonly known as, “Mr. Softball.” His favorite teams include the KC Royals, KC Chiefs, and KU. He has dabbled in the stock market and enjoys studying the financial aspects of mutual funds and stocks.

Lou Hoover, Ph.D.
Director of Software Development and Support
After 25 years as a Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Hoover made an unusual career switch to computer programming. Since 2001, she has been in charge of technical support, quality assurance, and software development for Monaco & Associates.
Lou has a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Kansas. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in computer information sciences from Washburn University.
Lou and her husband Ralph have one daughter and one granddaughter. Lou's favorite hobby is "grandma-ing." She also enjoys reading, music, fitness, and gardening.
